The Badu Park is located on Lake Llano and near historic downtown Llano. It was funded in part by grants from the Texas Department of Parks and Wildlife, and the Lower Colorado River Authority. The park includes bountiful green space with benches, basketball courts, horseshoe pits, a fishing pier, an amphitheater, 2 covered pavilions with picnic tables and a waterfront beach.

The JLK Event Center & arena is a Llano owned and operated multi purpose structure used for rodeos, horse and cattle events, but also for trade shows, Banquets, concerts and other private and public gatherings.. Snacks and meal options are offered at the concession areas.

Grenwelge Park is a Llano County park located on Ford Street and the south bank of the Llano River and is primarily open space adjacent to the River. A historic marker in the park identifies the importance of granite mining for the county. Grenwelge Park is an ideal location for rock stacking with many rock-stacks to inspire. Suitable for any age.
Llano Beer Company, one the square, was established in 2019 and is a 50 tap craft beer brewpub. Our draft system uses only the finest components to ensure the beer we serve tastes as fresh as the day it left the brewery. Public river access at Robinson Park, Badu Park, Grenwelge Park and Ash Street. Looking for irocks along the river. Included in what can be found are topaz and garnet. kayaking &Good swimming at Badu park, pleasantly tumbling water at the Ash Street access and more vigorous rapids at Grenwelge Park. Young people under 17 can fish in the river without a license. The area below the bridge and alongside Grenwelge Park are good for family fun with tubes or floats. Panning for gold in the river is free in certain areas.
The Llano River Golf Course is located 2.5 miles west of Llano on Ranch Road 152 adjacent to the City of Llano's Robinson City Park. This picturesque 18-hole course is challenging and is a favorite among the golfers who have played it. Its natural beauty and wildlife, along with the Llano River, provide a captivating and relaxing backdrop to your golfing experience.
This historic Texas dance hall is also a premier wedding venue! Recently renovated in 2016, this legendary dance hall still houses its original 3,000 square foot hardwood dance floor. A stunning chandelier over the dance floor greets guests as they enter the ballroom and attracts a focal point from every angle.
